Following protocols similar to All-on-4®, we integrate CBCT, intraoral scanning, and CAD/CAM design for the planning, design, and fabrication of customized provisional fixed prostheses, enabling the placement of implants and teeth in a single surgical session lasting just a few hours.

In this workflow, the final implant positions are captured using photogrammetry, ensuring an exact three-dimensional transfer of the surgical placement. Based on this data, we generate a 3D-printable file of the prosthesis or provisional guide, which the clinician can either print directly in their office or receive from CESCALAB within 24 hours, optimizing time and clinical efficiency.
